It would be nice to find useful information like this along with links to order the necessary herbs. You might be able to take make a profit on the advertising while helping your readers find what they need for healing. I broke my clavical and the top of my humerus when I was thrown from a horse. I haven't been recovering very well. My friend told me about comfrey. I made a poultice of honey and comfrey root and covered it with plastic wrap. I also put dried comfrey leaves in some chicken soup I heated in the microwave. I think it would have been better if I had had the comfrey available to add while initialy preparing the soup. (I realize the FDA has said not to eat comfrey, but I don't actually trust the FDA) I didn't have a miraculous recovery, but I did experience noticable improvement over night.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5444619556083399502.post-853250120354210782010-05-25T14:22:13.189-07:002010-05-25T14:22:13.189-07:00If only I knew this a few years earlier...it could...If only I knew this a few years earlier...it could've saved me $500.00 at the hospital emergency room when I cut the tip of my thumb off.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05246393318938411419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5444619556083399502.post-56125562149322467092010-05-23T22:37:02.988-07:002010-05-23T22:37:02.988-07:00Thank you farmlady! This doesn't all seem so strange to me because I grew up in a "normal" (whatever THAT means :)) home that just lived off a farm and used plants for medicine. I guess it's whatever you are used to, and once you try something new, it's not new anymore! It's easy. :)Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12268230860766119636noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5444619556083399502.post-48883830974516706702010-05-23T21:02:32.679-07:002010-05-23T21:02:32.679-07:00I think you must be an American Indian.

We have gotten so far away from using natural remedies for things that it almost seems like witchcraft when you tell us these things.., especially to doctors, who would go out of business if we all turned to the natural world for healing. <br />I think I will go out and plant some Comfrey now.
